Many years of experience made it possible for us to successfully develop, improve and implement a partner strategy in the retail service area. ProReServ offers its clients an integrated merchandising and logistics system and acts as the link between manufacturers, distributors and retailers.

An extremely powerful EDP system based upon SAP© R/3© ECC 6.0 is able to fulfil the most demanding requirements regarding interfaces, reporting and analysis.

The quality ProReServ offers in various areas (logistics, rack jobbing, sales support, ...) is continuously reassessed and adapted to meet the needs of a fickle market. Since 2000, we have taken this strategy, which has been successful in Germany, and adapted it to the markets of Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

Since July 2004 we are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. We will continue to rest on uncompromisingly implementing these preparations and on our equally uncompromising service orientation - for the benefit of our partners, retailer or manufacturer, for the mutual success at the enduser.
